Comments:

Nothing heard on 10 meters.  The low bands were very noisy, and copy was very
difficult on 80 and 160.  Activity on 160 meters seemed a bit low compared to
previous NAQPs.  Went to 160 at 0400 Z, but the rate dropped way down after an
hour.  Spent most of the last half-hour back on 80.

Almost made "WAS," but never heard ND, SD, VT, or KH6.
