Observations:

- Copying CW QTC is so much fun! Sorry to those with whom I messed up and took
some more time than anticipated, but QRM was fierce and QSB was strong.

- Just like last year, we had some thunderstorms hoovering over the area during
the whole weekend. Just my luck, again. I tried to plan my breaks around the WX
forecast, which turned out OK (lucky shot!) but still I was forced QRT some
more than I wanted. This also made copying on 80m almost impossible with a
constant S9 background noise and lightning strikes peaking S9+++.

- Maybe there should be less discussion on the Contesting reflector about '?',
'QRL' or other ways to see if a QRG is free before brutally jumping in. The
discussion on this topic didn't seem to help as I got mugged several times when
listening to weak signals. It happened more than ever, or so is the impression
that I get. Funny is the guy popping up with an S9+40 signal
**tuning_his_amp_for_5_seconds**QRL?CQDE... Oh yeah!

- I got called MANY, MANY times by EU stations. Is it the OQ-prefix?

- I did better than expected, and I exceeded my target of 600 QSO / 800 QTC. So
I am one happy camper.

- Now it's my turn to say 'QRU'!!!

- KLM KT34XA
- 40m GP (2 elevated radials) and sloping dipole to USA (it seems to work quite
well)
- 80m GP (2 elevated radials)
