Comments:

The conditions were worse than last year, resulting in a lack of multipliers and
QSOs, specially on higher bands. Also the QRM level was very high on 80m. The
target is top 10, but I'm not sure it'll be reached with so many high scorers
this year. Congratulations to all for the hot competition!
