Comments:

Lots of ESP QSOs!  Signals went from S5 to barely audible in a matter of a few
seconds.  I was able to catch a few decent openings, but very rough going for
the most part.

No Europeans or JA heard this year.  On the positive side, we're at the bottom
of the solar cycle, so things should be improving soon.
