Comments:

This contest benfits from the many mobile stations that are putting up new
multipliers every 10-15 minutes as they go from county to county operating 'on
the road'. Even knowing in advance what the route is going to be it is hard to
make certain you caught them before they went to a new county. Every county in
the State of Minnesota is activated at some time during the contest period  --
sometimes more than once. If you haven't participated in this one you are
missing something. Check www.W0AA.org to see how it was organized and how APRS
was used in some cases to keep track of who was where.
