I decided to make a single band effort this time using the big antenna.  
My goal was to work 100 countries on 40.
I got going a bit late 18:13 local time.  40 was awesome into Europe 
and  by 21:20 local I had already worked 47 countries.

The new K2 rig is a huge improvement in my ability to hear and "brain 
comfort"  I did S&P with a narrow filter and opened it up wider while 
calling CQ.   Worked many EU mults out from underneath the stateside 
QRM.  A borrowed amp gave me a little help with 500 W out.  I also love 
the new call and have no doubts about the change.
