Comments:

The day before contest I burned my switching box and preamplifier of K9AY
receiving loop antenna and almost thought that I wasn’t going to run this
contest. That moment I had presuming Don’s – VE3VZ One turn hard-line coaxial
receiving loop antenna. I did a little work on the loop antenna and after one
hour The antenna had been ready.
On Friday night I operated for 7 hours and I had 473 QSO’s. On Saturday night I
operated again 7 hour’s and in my hope I had 236 QSO’s in my logbook. On Sunday
afternoon I operated last two hours and made 50 more QSO’s.
Don’s receiving loop was working very well and I had enjoying time making QSO’s.
During the contest I have been listening over 20 European, 4 African and one
Middle East stations but I wasn’t able to reach them. I worked with just one -
EA8AH.
