Comments:

Thought about 10 times during the contest that I would quit because in the
afternoon conditions were not good here in the Midwest.  During a break at 4:00
local, my wife said it was a nice day about 40 degrees and sunny so if I had any
tower work to do, it would be a good time.  I almost baled and went for the
outside work but didn't.  It got more interesting with my best ever run on 80
but something here had to be decent considering 40 was so long and not
productive along with 20 (witness the numbers).  Obviously out west or Florida
would have been a good location for this one (congrads N7TR and K4XS with
outstanding numbers).

>From 0300z on, only heard a couple of stations on 40, tried several moves with
no even a peep of a west coast station.  160 was so crowed that I had to go to
1893 to get a spot.

Nice to work a lot of new stations, thanks for the moves and the q's.
