Comments:

Condx thru 2000Z were not very good.  I struggled to get any kind of a run going
on 20M, and 15M was even worse.  After the second World Cup game ended, the band
seemed to come alive.  

A fun contest, with some strategy.  Could not get a local to move to 10M for
the double mult, however.
