Comments:

Although the high bands were poor, 80m and (especially) 40m were  better than
expected, even with the summer QRN. 

20m was disappointing due to two factors: (1) other things kept me from the rig
when the band was best to the biggest  population center (JA); and (2), whenever
the band was open from JA to Eu, all the JA yagis were pointing that way, and 
we were off the side. 

15m was lousy, with the first-tier stations barely peaking s9, and even then
with deep, fast QSB. 10m never opened here.
