Many thanks to Marco, XE2TG for the use of his fine QTH. Thanks also to the
Mexican government (COFETEL) for issuing the special call sign and the licenses
for the North American amateurs.

XE2TG, Marco, XE2Q, Gerardo, and XE2UCT, Marco, were responsible for over 75% of
