Comments:

This contest was lots of fun.   The combination of counties and independent
cities totalled 134, so lots to chase and identify.  The above score includes a
500 point bonus for working K4NVA plus the extra points for working many
mobiles.

The final results are much better than expected, based on past VAQP scores for
VE, and contests recently entered, and the rules were very clearly stated.

Thanks to all who participated.  Made for a great weekend.
