Comments:

Hi there,
this time the G6PZ Group faced a real lack of operators ! On Friday morning it
looked like the team would just consist of Paul G6PZ and Mike M0RUN. Luckily
Peter G3TJE jumped in and started the RUN while M0RUN was still busy with family
commitments and could not make his way down to Somerset until about 18 UTC.
Taking into account that the MULT station was not manned for about 6 hours the
score is really ok. We are missing quite a few Oblasts - maybe also due to the
lack of a russian speaking operator. Well and "lady Aurora" obviously played her
tricks again when TF3CW was worked on 20m at about 18 UT on Saturday his signal
was clearly 59A.
Sunday morning was extremely slow with 15m never really opening to Russia and
just a few African and European Mults found their way into the log during the
last two hours.
But still it was great fun again with extremely good activity from all over the
world. The excellent work of the organisers surely pays off and makes this one
of the most attractive 24h events during the spring contest season.

Thanks to everybody for working G6PZ. Cuagn in the next one !

Mike, M0RUN (aka DJ2QV)
