Hi Wayne,
	my club, the Dominion DX Group will be active during the I.O.T.A. contest 
this July from Tangier Island. I see that you have a packet cluster on 
145.610. That puts your cluster about 80miles from where will be. I will 
have a 9elm. 2m Tonna antenna horizontally polarized up at 50ft running 
150watts. As the direction for hitting your cluster puts me pointing the 
antenna right up the Potomac River I was wondering if you thought I would 
be able to connect your node?

Also, do you know of another packet cluster node that might be closer to 
Tangier Island that I might be able to hit.
