Comments:

First contest with the New FT-2000.  No complaints.  The rig worked well, heard
well and one station commented that it sounded great.  K1EL USB keyer worked
great too.

First contest with the ACOM 1000 AMP.  Worked like a charm. Easy to tune.  Nice
amp for 1000 watts out.

Tower construction came to a halt with the passing of Russ, N0RK, Ex WB0IWL who
was my main ground crew and phone multi operator.  

Antenna was a cushcraft R8.  Worked pretty well.  I had some nice runs here and
there. No 80m makes a sweep pretty tough.

Missed the beggining of the contest hooking up the rig and amps.  15m had some
life it was nice to hear.
