Comments:

That was a tough one.  Ran out of stations very early as activity seemed to be
down this time.  80 Meters was especially hard with weaker then normal signals
and higher then normal levels of QRN (but at least lower levels of QRM).

Missed-MD, ND, SC, UT, VE2,5,6,7, and 8 only heard a VE6 on 20 that I didn't
get.  Sort of heard a SC station but wasn't sure.

Rates were 85, 75, 61 and 63.  Got off to a nice start with 25 q's in the first
10 minutes but all downhill from there.
