Comments:

Like N2IC said, this is monsoon season in the southwest, and the 9000'
mountains around Tucson generate thunderstorms every afternoon. I 
started out wanting to practice SO2R but 2 bands have to be open at
the same time to do that! The storms then fired up after a few hours
on 20M and I lost interest....
