Comments:

FT1000MP, 100 watts, TH6DXX, dipole, inverted vee.  20 was open only to
California and Washington state, it seemed.  40 was OK, but stations close in
like K9BGL were not strong.  80 was good except for high QRN levels.  No west
coast worked.  N6RO was working on 3840, he said, but there was a loud ragchew
on that frequency here.  Hope to work you all on all bands from the NQ4I
staton, M/2, as W4AN, name Bill, the SECC club call on Saturday.  Ops will be
WY4N, KF4GTA, K4BAI, WW4LL, and W4DD.  Also from home in tonight's practice. 
Hope band conditions will improve by Saturday.  73, John, K4BAI.
