Needless to say conditions were not the best.  But that didn't deter us from
having a lot of fun.  With K0EJ's help, we decided to do a M/2 to let some
budding contesters get a little on-air experience. Howard KE4MBP is a DXer
who's been bitten by the "rate bug".  Paul N4LCD, who says he's a rag-chewer,
brought his 11-year old grandson, Conner KI4RWE.  This was Conner's first
contest.(Field Day doesn't count :))  When Conner generated a mini-pileup on
20m, Paul had to try his hand at the 40m radio!  Thanks to all who gave us a
call and helped give these guys a thrill.
