Found that my 160 meter vertical had an SWR of over 10:1 at the beginning of the
contest. Pressed my 80 meter inverted vee into service, with an estimated 9
watts of radiated power (straight up). There are a lot of gents with good ears
out there and hey, I did work DX -- Canada!
