Another great party with my Minnesota friends!

Kudos to the mobiles who, despite below zero temps, still went out and got it
done in a big way!

40M was good all day with especially nice signals from the mobiles.  Made QSOs
with one or more mobiles on 80 in every hour of the event.  Managed to squeeze
out 5 scatter QSOs on 20.

Missed Kittson County so no sweep this year.  Lost track of N0EO for a while
and I think he was the only activity there.
