I hadn't planned on operating this year, but when I received my certificate from
the 2006 AQP in Friday's mail, I decided to get on for a few contacts.

We had a very severe storm blow through Saturday afternoon, knocking out power
for several hours.  I did what any resilient contester would do...  I fired up
the generator, and then continued contesting.

Participation was good.  As always, the mobiles keep things going.  Special
thanks to the following:
