Comments:

Another nice contest; too bad I couldn't put in more time, though. Wasn't
hearing anyone on 10 until very late and QSB on 15 was severe. Had just started
hitting 20 again when a family emergency interrupted; didn't get back until only
30 minutes were left. Conditions on 80/40 were good enough; worked half a dozen
QRPpers on each band, several from the US west coast and several from PY.
