Comments:

To operate the contest after a couple of years of inactivity, erected a 1/4 wave
vertical on 20, the base of which was about 1/4 wave off the ground.  Station
was an ICOM IC-706 MKIIG with auto antenna tuner IC 180.  With the less
favorable antenna, I found the QSB to be an issue from Arizona, however was
still able to work several European countries as well as Asia and the Americas.
