Missed: WY, MB, NT

The first stop on my annual Sweepstakes tour. Since everybody else has started
at the same time as I did, I do not have the fresh meat advantage from this
station. Consequently I make a bigger effort to milk the second radio, and do
more S&P work if the CQ rate slows a bit.
