Comments:

Missed Colusa, Lassen, Riverside, Stanislaus and Tulare. Best moment was when
N6O tried to move me to 160. I told him I was QRP and he said ' well we have a
pretty good antenna up there'. One of us was laughing pretty hard!!
 
Amazing amount of QSB on 15 but you could almost predict during a Q when it
would fade up or down. I had to time it right for the folks in Ca. many times
and when it was good it was very good and when it was bad - it was N.I.L.

Very few mobiles worked, but nice turn out for the fixed ops. 73 Brian
