Comments:

Rotten bands -- high power helped a lot. Beat last year in the first segment of
the contest. Beat best-ever 2004 result by end of second segment. Happy with 2M
given conditions. 

20M EU was better Saturday morning than on Sunday morning. Band was just
starting to boom by 9 a.m. end of contest.

Didn't hear a thing on 15M all weekend, so didn't get the 300,000 points I made
there last year.

Had one total idiot who must have been drinking Old Spice or something QRM me
on 40M Saturday afternoon. 

Other than one headcase twerp on drugs, I had a pretty darn good time. Bottom
of the cycle propagation didn't dampen the fun.

Haven't seen any activity from Waldemar DK3VN for many months. Hope he's OK.
Makrothen was a great idea and activity was very good this year -- the locator
grid format is super. Thanks to all involved in Makrothen, and to everyone I
worked or tried to.
