Comments:

Never worked the IlQP, I did not understand the multi countys that I was
receving, so I wrote them as portable or mobile. Many stations gave 3 and 4
counties, but did not indicate if they were portable or mobile. I will study up
on that for next year. Thanks for the great time and I will see you next year.
