Comments:

Another enjoyable JIDX for me, despite the low SFI. 80m was noisy and of course
the Chinese Dragon OTHR was a big problem on 40m again.

But it was really great and a big surprise that the ZL-JA path was open on 10m
between 1200-0400utc.
