Comments:

This was not intended to be a serious effort, but it got worse when I turned on
the radio to an S7 or more noise level on most bands. I peaked it on the VHF
beams and headed off on bicycle noise finding machine. I found a tree had
fallen onto a power pole about half a mile away. Went home, got camera, took
pictures to send to the power company noise guy.  Still not fixed as of
Thursday night. 

Most of the operation was after a dinner with my wife and friends.
