Comments:

Conditions were poorer than 2007, but local noise level was lower, so mixed bag.
Sad that only a week ago EU was very strong into NW. Some sections void, or very
light. Wish we had the same section turn-out as in the SS test. Do we need to
pay a VE4 to work this one?  Some W/VE excursions into 1830-1835 while DX was
running in the window.
