Front just passed here before sunset so the QRN was pretty ruff. When I got
back on at 1130z it was nice!  Wish more JA's would CQ, heard many calling
others but only 4 CQ'ing.   JA3YBK was still S-9 40 mins after my sunrise.
Seems many don't respect the DX window in this contest, why is that?
