Comments:

Freezing rain and then just a rain and melted snow everywhere killed all dreams
to get good result. Mini-beam SWR on 14-21 jumped to around 3.5 ((( The
propagation was extremely bad except 160m and few small openings on 80 and 40
meters. Anyway it was a pleasure to present QC in the RAC contest.
