Comments:

Good participation tonight, tho bands noisy from storms, but skip still good -
GA and FL on 80m.

Next week, let's try something new:  NS rules, but on SSB.  We've done SSB
using NAQP or NAS rules, but never our special rules for NS: dupes ok on same
band, mults count all bands, etc.  To make it easier on 80/160 HIGH POWER OK.

NS ladder will start March 7 or 16.  Watch for announcement from N6ZFO.
