[3830] KG4 Confusion in Listings

The listings continue to show my friend KG4CUY in ALABAMA as a NON-USA entry.

Clearly, the Listings are not able to distinguish between KG4's in the USA 
and KG4's in Guantanamo Bay Cuba.

Please Note that Guantanamo Bay Stations ALL have TWO Letter Suffixes.
Single Letter Suffixes are USA (e.g. KG4W in Virginia)
Three Letter Suffixes are USA (e.g. KG4CUY, etc.)
