Club: South East Contest Club

Comments:

Started late and didn't hear many Russian stations. I was suprised when UA4HZ
called me at 2317Z on 20 CW. The only other one I worked was RV6BK on 40 CW.
Heard a few other RU stations on 40 CW but none of them could hear anyone
calling them from the USA. Did mostly S&P handing out contacts to my friends
trying to qualify for WRTC.
