Comments:

Worked all 50 States, 28 countries and 85 Virginia Counties/Independent Cities -
1222 Q's in all.  Great fun using a 1x1 callsign for the first time
--K4-Culpeper.....  Thanks to N8II, K7SV, KG4YLZ, W4PM, K4ORD and K5EK/m who
agreed to QSY through the bands with me....  Also thanks to our Rappackers
Contest Group for supporting the VAQP with Q's from K4FJ, W4RQ, W3BP, K4GMH,
K4IA, KA8Q, K7SV, N4A (N4NW) and K4F (K1SE).  ((If I missed anyone, it's not
intentional))  Worked several mobile and expedition stations and appreciate
their fine efforts and Q's.  Saturday night was difficult on the low bands with
S9 rain static.  Conditions appeared to improve a little on Sunday.  It was neat
working CU2JT on 3 bands, EL2DX on 2 bands and 7 KL7's on 20m.  Thanks for all
