Comments:

Band conditions were disappointing to say the least, especially on 20 meters -
DX was virtually non-existent here at my QTH - heard a few stations but unable
to work them due to rapid QSB and plenty of QRN.  Otherwise, a great contest
and looking forward to next year and better conditions?!
