Part-time entry. As usual with these 'national' contests it'd be better to drop
the DX-to-DX QSOs and concentrate purely on working EA stations. It'd more fun
for the EAs with bigger pile-ups and for the DX the focus would be on chasing
those elusive Spanish provinces.

I was called by EA0JC --- was that SM Juan Carlos himself or some club entry
using his call. I guess probably the latter!
