Comments:

Conditions seemed pretty good for the bottom of the cycle.  A curious collection
of sections I didn't work: I got RI, VT and ME, but almost missed EMA!  I got
VI,and NNY (X2) but not NLI. WY(X4)but not EWA or BC (next door!)  Go figure.
