Comments:

Thanks for all the QSOs. Appreciate all the operators that QSY'd for the
additional mults and points. Lot of fun.

Going to have to wait until the Sun Spots return before going to be able to
come close to the USA SO HP record. Had more points than any of the top USA
scores from years' past, but about 100 mults. less. My 2005 score had approx.
100 less points but about 40 more mults. Even had ~90 more QSOs this year vs
2005. Don's, AA5AU, 2002 record setting score had 190 fewer QSOs but almost 70
more multipliers. Oh, well, Cycle 24 Sun Spots are suppose to have started
showing up.

Still the bands were okay. Fifteen meters on Sunday starting ~1300 until 1700Z
seemed like Europe could be worked although there wasn't as much activity.
Wasn't around on Sat. at this time as had a commitment for most of Sat.
Checked 10 meters when spots were posted for stations showing activity, but
never heard any of the stations.

Eighty and 40 m were noisy right before the Contest ended. The first night
(local time) 80/40 were okay and Sat. evening I didn't work the Contest.

Only one minor equipment situation - the output dropped to 2/3 on one of the
IC746 radios which impacted the amp. output. Not sure what happened as radio
worked okay until 8 hours before the end of the Contest.

Again, thanks for all the QSOs - they are appreciated.

73,
Mike, K4GMH
