Comments:

Slightly better then last year, but still a long way to go.
I had two issues this year. Only on Sunday I realised that 20m was not as noisy
as I thought, once the new notebook PC power supply was off... :-(
Then I was getting much better reports on vertical dipoles then on triband
Yagi... some antenna work to be done :-) 
Overall conditions are still down, but there were few short openings on 15 and
10m, which may indicate better things to come.
