Comments:

I was operating at the QTH of Tom, DL2OBO.  He has a tremendous QTH with large
antennas and a nice FT1000 and Acom amp.  Tom's hotel (I had the room next to
the shack) was great.  Great staff, service and great food!

I really struggled to find good freqs to get a run going.  The QRM was huge on
40-80-160.  I only managed one decent run to North America each on 15, 20 &
40M.  It was fun to operate from a new country but was very challenging.

If you are looking for a spot to operate from in Germany, Tom's hotel and shack
are wonderful!  Check it out!
