Comments:

It was great to hear VE5MX again!  Also WD0T.

I decided to start on 20 this time, expecting the band to close early, but 40
might have been a better choice.

I was surprised that each hour was better than the previous one.  The totals
were 54, 65, 67, and 78.  QRN from Tropical Storm Hanna was not a problem.
