Comments:

Conditions seemed a little worse than last year.  We spent quite a lot of time
making final adjustments to new computer and interface technology (Win-Test,
MMTTY and Micro Ham.)  Ramon, XE1KK was in charge of opening 10 meters, and
instructing our local hosts in the fine art of making quesadillas.

Special thanks to our hosts Chelita, HC8FR and Guido, HC8GR for their warm
