Comments:

When I swithced to 40m there was an 8:1 VSWR.  Just managed one QSO on 40m
(thanks N5DX). I ran out to the tower with the flashlight but everything looked
OK which is the worse thing possible. Got back in the shack for a couple of
minutes on 80 meters.
