Comments:

Who could sleep with these conditions? 40 meters never seemed to die -- first
day it was still wide open to Europe when 20 meters opened.

My venerable double-rack of single-band amps was offline for this contest. For
first time ever I operated with an all-band bandswitched amplifier. The second
radio went barefoot and saw limited use, mostly on 15 and 20 meters.
