Comments:

I received signals quite well, but I was not being heard. While calling CQ,
several stations assumed my frequency was vacant and I frequently had to move.
I assume this situation will continue as this solar cycle progresses. 40M with
my two element beam, was disappointing while 80M on my dipole was a complete
loss. Congratulations to KB4GYT/QRP PAUL in SC. He had a good signal in Alberta
with only 3 watts into his G5RV.
