Comments:
It was a last minute arrangement because original plan was to join ZW5B Multi
Multi operation, but job schedule prevented me from traveling to PY5EG's. BTW
Thanks a lot to Oms, Maia, Luciano, Thomas and the rest of the ops for the
invite. They did a super job in Multi Multi with really bad propagation from SA
to EU/USA on most HF bands.
Deep heart thanks to Ramon LU5HM and his family for their support and
hospitality. Second time around using LP1H's fully functional SO2R set up.
Ramon spent the whole contest sitting right next to me to overcome the lack of
propagation with long talks about our hobby and life in general.
Thanks also to LU7HE for all his hard work at the station. Both linear amps
used were built by LU7HE. Though they are home made they are built in a very
professional way.
Ramon's mother was there all weekend long too, making sure we always had
something to eat/drink.
Javier LU9HS was at the station all Saturday afternoon making good company. He
also went there the previous weekend to make sure everything was in place for
my operation.
Thanks also to Juan LU3HY for advice on N1MM not getting spots (it was not N1MM
fault though, it was AB5K being clunky).
Thanks to all of you for the Qs. I apologize for asking for so many repeats,
but there were times where stations calling would just disapear in the deep
QSB.
Regards.
Martin, LU5DX
