Comments:

To minimize weight I decided to operate QRP with my K2 using a vertical on a 3.5
meters long fishing rod. It was great fun and I was delighted to be able to make
many contacts outside Europe. Working North America with QRP and a short antenna
on 40 meters was rewarding indeed.
The QTH was Adair Bungalows on Vazon Bay. A low noise location on the west
coast. Thanks to GU4YOX for the suggestion.
